Workshops

In order to complement exhibitors’ and co-exhibitors’ participation at FITUR and boost their number of trade contacts, FITUR will once again be running a series of business meetings in which you will be able to participate. During FITUR 2017 some 6,800 trade meetings were generated.

What are they?

These meetings consist of a series of B2B (Business to Business) sessions whose purpose is to promote trade alliances by bringing together attendees at the trade fair. FITUR will organise a series of pre-arranged appointments based on the explicit interests of the participants.

Where will they take place?

In a specific area set up and especially adapted for the different Workshops: Hosted BuyersInvestourFitur SaludFitur Shopping.

Workshop Hosted Buyers

The Exhibition Management team of FITUR will launch the call for the rounds of business with international buyers invited in the month of October. The Exhibitor must formalise participation before November 20. Registration can be done from the corresponding microsite: FITUR B2B.

As MAIN STAND-HOLDER, depending on the square meters of your stand, you will be entitled to:

  • Invite a specific number of your co-exhibitors so that they can participate in the B2B free of charge. Once this number has been exceeded, each additional participating co-exhibitor will have to pay online a fee of €100. The main stand-holder  must  send an e-mail to: fiturb2b@ifema.es , indicating those co-exhibitor’s companies which may participate at the workshop free of charge. The event management does not assume any responsibility for managing the main stand-holder’s invitations for the co-exhibitors.
  • Propose several international (Spanish companies excluded) hosted buyers who will attend the event as guests. The event management reserves the right to fully or partially accept the proposals.
