How are they managed?
Every exhibitor will be able to send trade visitor invitations electronically from the Exhibitors’ Area. With these invitations your contacts can register online and obtain a free trade visitor badge to access the exhibition.
How much are they?
Each exhibitor will receive free of charge a number of trade visitors invitations in accordance with the space ordered.
You may purchase additional trade visitors’ invitations for one day (at a cost of 9.09 € + VAT) or for the duration of the show (16.36 € + VAT).
Do I need to register?
Trade Visitors with invitations from exhibitors must provide proof that they are tourism industry professionals, either at the registration counters or at the pre-registration area at www.fitur.com, if they wish to avoid registration queues.
In order to register they should present an identity card or passport and a business card or document from their company. Access to the venue will be otherwise denied on trade visitor days.
FITUR’s health protocol implies that the validity of all Access Badges to enter FITUR during the 3 professional days: 19, 20 and 21 may, is conditional upon presentation of negative proof of COVID in the manner indicated by the organizers and published on FITUR website.
