Stand Description

Stand open to aisles.
Aluminium frame structure.
Melamine walls.
Storeroom with door as follows:

  • Stand up to 16 sq.m:                     1 x 1m.
  • Stand from 16.5 to 32 sq.m:             2 x 1m.
  • Stand over 32.50 sq.m:       3 x 1m.

Furniture for every 16 sq.m (3 groups maximum):

  • 1 Round table 73cm high and 80 cm of diameter (ME01), 4 Chairs (SI01),1 Reception counter 100x50x100cm. (CO07), 1 Stool (SI72), 1 Clothes rack (CO23) and 1 Waste paper basket (CO27).

Standard trade fair carpeting (choose colour – grey, black, green, deep blue or red – at Exhibitor’s Area)


General lighting based on 300W halogen spotlight in rails, one spotlight every 3 metres of stand.

Electrical switchboard equipped with magnetothermic differential and with an outlet of 500 W prepared for up to 130 W/sq.m.


Sign in standardez letters with Exhibitor’s Name and Stand Number on each side facing and aisle (maximum 20 characters). If this field is not completed in Exhibitor’s Area, the sign will be printed with the Trade Name of your company.


Daily stand cleaning (type A: once a day).
Basic Civil Liability and Multi-Fair Insurances.
Minimum electrical consumption (0.13 Kw/sq.m.)


  • All services or modifications that you wish to add or make, parting from these basic features shall be at your expense.
  • We shall try to adapt the layout of the elements that form the stand, the additional ones as well as the structural ones that are necessaries for the support of the stand as much as possible to the exhibitor’s needs, if it is technically possible and the plan is received with the pertinent instructions at the latest fifteen days before the beginning of the assembling period.
  • Once the stand has been assembled, changes in the location of any of the elements previously described, and of which the Management has not been notified, shall be billed.
  • The elimination, by the exhibitor, of any element of the prefabricated stand shall not mean a reduction in its cost.
  • All material you may use, both structural or electrical, is rented, and therefore, any deterioration in it shall be billed at current rates.
  • In addition, any exhibitor may reserve elements that appear in the Services Catalogue through the “Exhibitors Area”.


The Turnkey Stand Package shall be delivered to stand holders as of 21st January 2020 at 8.30 a.m.

Additional Services

Once you have received the contract confirming your space, you may access the Exhibitors‘ Area at www.fitur.com and contract services, benefitting from a 15% discount when booking online additional services up to 30 days before the beginning of the assembly (this does not include minimum mandatory services, outdoor advertising, custom-designed stands, meeting rooms and show specific services such as exhibitor badges, etc.).
