Co-exhibitor Services

Registered Co-exhibitors will be granted access to the Exhibitors’ Area, where they will find the following services:

Insertion in the online catalogue, in the printed floor plan-guide available at the exhibition and in the Fitur app

Once they have been registered by the main stand-holder, co-exhibitors may complete and update their company details via the online Exhibitors’ Area using the “Information for Catalogue” menu and includes a company profile, sectors, operation areas and tourism typologies. Please be advised that in order to receive appointment requests it is essential to fill in the email address.

Co-exhibitor badges

Each registered co-exhibitor will be granted 2 free co-exhibitor badges.

Badges must include the name of the badge holder as well as the company name. The information for the 2 co-exhibitor badges may be completed via the online Exhibitors’ Area by either the main stand-holder or the co-exhibitor.

Coexhibitor badges can only be generated and downloaded online through the Exhibitors Area.

Please note that FITUR will not send badges by post.

From December 10th Badges can be downloaded.

Deadline to generate online Exhibitor Badges: January 19th included.

Please ask your main stand-holder, should you require additional badges.

FITUR Passport

You may request a FITUR Passport for each badge holder which includes discount vouchers and special offers for transport, accommodation and insurance.

Invitation letter for visa request

If you need a visa to visit Spain, you may request a visa invitation letter for each badge holder. Deadline 15th December.

My account

Using this menu co-exhibitors may:

  • Update their company´s contact information in the IFEMA database.
  • Change the access password and username.
  • Access the Exhibitor’s Check-list.

Access the Trade Meeting Point

This tool enables you to access the database of trade visitors who have signed up for the Trade Meeting Point. With this tool you may perform communications activities like send emails inviting visitors to an event, launch or cocktail party, arrange appointments with certain visitors of your interest, etc.


Manage your appointments diary for the exhibition

This tool helps you to manage your diary during the exhibition and accept meetings with other exhibitors and Trade Meeting Point visitors.


Publish your news in your catalogue file and at the press room

This tool allows you to publicise your news..Your news can be published in your listing in the catalogue, in the press room on the FITUR website and in the FITURNEWS bulletin which will be sent electronically to exhibitors, trade visitors who have registered for this show and also trade visitors who attended last year.


Send online invitations to your trade contacts

If you are a co-exhibitor and you would like to use this service you must contact your main stand- holder and the Exhbition Management team to buy trade visitor invitations.

Other services

  • Request appointments with other exhibitors

From the Exhibitors catalogue available on, you can carry out searches and request appointments with other exhibitors by clicking on the appointment tab on their catalogue entry.

The contracting of any service, as well as the performance of any activity on the part of a co-exhibiting company will require prior written authorization from the main stand-holder. The latter is liable for any costs incurred by its co-exhibitors resulting from their participation in the show if not paid by the co-exhibitors.

Professional meetings, press conferences and any other activities may only take place within the exhibition venue if consent is obtained in advance from the exhibition management team.
